The growing competition in the skincare industry has prompted brands to adopt eco-friendly labeling to attract environmentally conscious consumers and promote global sustainability efforts. This study focused on how natural skincare advertisements use green advertising strategies to promote their product. This study aims to address this gap by analyzing how three skincare brands, Sukin, From This Island, and Oasea, employ eco-linguistic elements in their Instagram advertisements. The research highlights the role of social media, particularly Instagram, as a key platform for disseminating eco-friendly messages to a global audience. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the data were collected from visual and textual components, including slogans, captions, and logos. To analyze the eco-linguistics element in Sukin, From This Island, and Oasea, this research used Green Advertising Theory by Banerjee et al and Marsh and White’s theory. The findings revealed that the brands effectively have used green advertising strategies to attract consumers. The result of this research contributes to understanding how language and visuals shape consumer perceptions of environmental issues, offering insights for marketers to design campaigns that resonate with eco-conscious audiences.
Maulidiya Aulia NurismaFina Ainut TuqoLuthfiah Asih Azizah

https://mail.radiant.polhas.ac.id/index.php/radiant/article/view/288

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) have become one of the major health challenges worldwide, including in Indonesia. One of the main factors driving the increase in NCD cases in Indonesia is the shift towards increasingly unhealthy lifestyles among the population. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2 DM) is one of the most common types of NCDs currently found in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and self-efficacy in Type 2 DM patients at the Sangkrah Community Health Center. This research employs a quantitative design with an analytical observational cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of Type 2 DM patients at the Sangkrah Community Health Center, with a sample size of 125 respondents obtained using the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-square statistical test. The results showed a significant relationship between family support and self-efficacy in Type 2 DM patients (p-value = 0.000; <0.05). Therefore, further research is needed to explore the relationship between family support and the occurrence of diabetes distress in Type 2 DM patients.
Chayanita Sekar WijayaAnisa Catur WijayantiNur Riqqah Maulita

https://mail.radiant.polhas.ac.id/index.php/radiant/article/view/293

As a student companion book, textbooks must have content that can encourage students to think at a high level in order to face the development of education in the independent curriculum. This study aims to identify the content of HOTS questions based on problems and projects in the Indonesian Language textbook published by Erlangga in 2022. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis techniques. The data in this study are in the form of problem-based and project-based questions in the book Competent in Indonesian Language for Senior High School/Vocational High School Class XI published by Erlangga in 2022. The data collection technique in this study used document studies. The data validity technique in this study used triangulation of sources and theories. The results of this study show that there are 68% problem-based questions and 32% projects in the Indonesian Language textbook published by Erlangga in 2022. This shows that this book has not been able to balance the composition of problems and projects that support the implementation of the independent curriculum. However, the existence of these HOTS questions is able to support students' high-level thinking skills in the independent curriculum.
Rahmad Nanda Viky SusantoHannan Fuad KholisRizal Friska Adtya
